Terms of Service

The service
These Terms form an agreement between you and Fairyfly Innovation LLC, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States, for PicReStyle. By using the service, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
Accounts and credits
You must secure your credentials and are responsible for account activity. Trial and purchased credits have the quantity, price, and validity shown on the site and at checkout. A credit is debited when a generation is accepted; a task the system confirms as failed receives an idempotent credit refund.
Your content
You retain your rights in uploaded content and grant us only the limited license required to process, store, generate, and deliver results. You confirm you have all rights and consents needed to upload and process each image and any depicted person. AI output may be inaccurate, similar to others’ output, or not copyrightable or exclusive. You are responsible for confirming that commercial use does not violate copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; create child sexual-abuse or exploitative content, non-consensual intimate or impersonation images, fraud, harassment, or malware; probe or bypass security; share accounts; automate free-trial abuse; resell unauthorized access; or overload the service.
Payments, credits, and refunds
Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. If none of the purchased credits have been used, you may request a refund within seven days of purchase. Once any purchased credit is used, the purchase is generally non-refundable except where law requires otherwise. Verified duplicate charges are refunded; if paid credits cannot be delivered, we will grant them or refund the payment; failed generations are normally resolved by returning the credit. Approved refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on Stripe, your bank, and payment method. See the Refund Policy.
Privacy and providers
Cloudflare, Fal.ai, Stripe, and our email provider may process images or related data to deliver the service. PicReStyle does not use your images to train its own models. Providers may also have independent obligations under their applicable terms. See the Privacy Policy.
Availability, termination, and changes
We may update, restrict, or suspend the service for security, maintenance, provider changes, or legal compliance. Accounts that violate these Terms may be restricted or terminated. Material changes will be published here; continued use accepts updated Terms unless law requires separate consent.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, AI output and the service are provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of a particular artistic result, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a specific purpose. We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid PicReStyle in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law, disputes, and contact
These Terms are governed by Delaware law, without limiting non-waivable consumer protections where you live. Before a formal dispute, both sides should try in good faith to resolve it through support@picrestyle.com. Questions, refund requests, and deletion requests may also be sent there.
