What we collect
PicReStyle is operated by Fairyfly Innovation LLC, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States. We process your name, email, authentication and session data, IP and device information, credits and orders, service usage, and images you upload or generate. Stripe processes full payment-card details; we do not store full card numbers.
How we use information
We process data to perform our service contract, pursue legitimate security and fraud-prevention interests, comply with law, and obtain consent where required. Uses include account access, image generation and delivery, credit accounting, payments, support, abuse prevention, and reliability.
Image processing
Uploaded images are sent to Fal.ai to perform the AI transformation you request and stored or delivered through Cloudflare R2. PicReStyle does not use your images to train its own models. Do not upload images you lack permission to process or unnecessary sensitive, biometric, or minor data.
Providers, transfers, and sale
We disclose data only as necessary to Cloudflare (hosting, database, storage, and privacy-first aggregate page-view and performance measurement), Fal.ai (AI generation), Stripe (payments and fraud prevention), and our email provider, or to authorities when legally required. Cloudflare Web Analytics is used for aggregate traffic and performance measurement, not cross-context behavioral advertising. Processing may occur outside your country. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Account data is generally kept while your account exists; ordinary security logs for up to 90 days; uploaded and generated images currently until you request deletion or account deletion completes; and order, refund, and credit-ledger records as required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or disputes, typically no longer than seven years. We delete or de-identify data when no longer needed unless law requires retention.
Your choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, withdrawal of consent, objection, or restriction. We may verify your identity and generally respond within 30 days. Transaction, security, and dispute records required by law may not be deleted immediately.
Cookies, security, and children
We use cookies necessary for login, security, language, and theme preferences; Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies for cross-site advertising. We use reasonable safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and rate limits, but no service is absolutely secure. The service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.
